Each camp lasts four weeks and consists of expert fitness training,
two morning boot camps: 5:30-6:30 a.m. and 8:00-9:00 a.m.
Monday through Friday. You can register for 3, 4, or 5 days per
week. We also offer a challenging Kettlebell & Bodyweight camp
from 6:45 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. 3 days per week (Mon-Wed-Fri).
